LAWN SPRINKLER
TROUBLESHOOTING and FAQ's

Please read before continuing!

These pages are dedicated to troubleshooting a problem with an existing or newly installed sprinkler system.   If you need help programming a timer, adjusting heads, or other instructional information, check out our Instructions / Manuals section.

Troubleshooting can be a difficult, frustrating experience.   Hopefully these pages will help answer many of your questions.   Keep in mind that a sprinkler system is just that, a system.   When you are troubleshooting a system, the best strategy is to isolate and test each component in the system separately.   Sprinkler systems can be divided into two main categories: plumbing and electrical.   The plumbing consists of components such as: the backflow preventer, pipe(copper, poly, and/or pvc), pipe fittings, valves, and sprinklers.   The electrical consists of components such as: the timer / controller, wire, rain sensor, and valves.
