Good Question! Here is why: Ski specific training during the summer and fall will help you hit the snow gliding faster next winter. Rollerskiing effectively mimics snow skiing and will allow you to focus on your technique and your ski specific strength in your core, arms, legs, shoulders etc. You will also be working on your overall cardiovascular fitness. The result is that you will be more fit, faster, and have better technique as you go into next year's ski season.
There is no better way to work on your technique and learn the ins and outs of rollerskiing than at one of our clinics led by our own Matt Liebsch.
