The CH5 is an entry level boot from KV+ with warm insulation and stiff plastic cuff for superior ankle support. With its stiff plastic cuff and its a great boot for beginners and intermediate level skiers. It has a slightly softer sole which makes it a great option to use as a combi boot. It has a slightly wider fit than other boots in its price range.
